Visit
Crosskennan is home to 45 horses, ponies and donkeys, including handsome Lucas the ex racehorse, Sorley Boy the untamed stallion and Oliver the cheekiest little Chestnut shetland in the world. At any one time we have over 100 residents on site.
We are open for visitors on an apppointment only basis.
Supporters can book private visits to the sanctuary with a volunteer led guided tour. To enquire about a visit to Crosskennan please email office@crosskennanlane.org.uk
Crosskennan also has set booked tours open to the public every two monts - check out our event's page for details on booking a place and dates.
While the majority of compulsory Covid rules have now been lifted, we have to ask supporters to pre-book time slots for their visits to ensure the number of people at the sanctuary remains at a controlled level at all times and to help keep both our team and all visitors safe.
Guided Sanctuary tours are set at £5 per person and can be booked through our website's event page - all income from tours towards the care of our rescued residents.
We welcome group visits to the Sanctuary! We also offer tailored educational visits.
