Mindfulness with Animals

Our Mindfulness with Animals sessions invite participants to engage in guided mindfulness or meditation practices in the calming presence of our sanctuary animals. These sessions are tailored to create a tranquil and supportive environment, helping individuals reduce stress, connect with nature, and improve mental wellness.
